Bowen technique

Bowen technique is a completely non-invasive modern concept of working on a person who is ready to allow the body to start the process of self-healing. It belongs to the group of manual techniques, where with special movements of the thumbs at precisely defined points on the body, we stimulate the body to self-heal.

Bowen technique has no contraindications. It is recommended for all ages – from newborn babies to the deepest age.

It is necessary to make a decision to encourage and wash the body in the process of self-healing that was given to us after our birth.

During the treatment, 3 golden rules should be followed:

1. Drink more water (over 2l of water);
2. Walk;
3. Do not combine with other methods that can undo the “message”.

The interval between treatments is 7 days on average, which is the optimal time for the body to react to the procedure and the message we have sent. Aggravation is an intensified reaction that can follow as a result of a healthy body’s quick response to a procedure we have recognised.
